For 1954 Project Network Members

October 2-4, 2024

The 1954 Project Network is invited to an exclusive three-day immersive experience:

  • Intimate Networking: Connect deeply with fellow changemakers in education equity
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate on future initiatives and partnerships
  • Innovation Showcases: Share and explore groundbreaking solutions
  • Leadership Development: Participate in tailored workshops to enhance your impact

This portion of the summit is by invitation only for Network Members.

Cross-Sector Convening

October 3, 2024

On Thursday, October 3, we open our doors to a mix of social impact advocates, entrepreneurs, multi-sector thought leaders, and investors for:

  • Keynotes & Panels: Hear from subject-matter experts in philanthropy and entrepreneurship
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with diverse stakeholders from across sectors
  • Hands-On Workshops & Discussions: Experience tailored content for hot-button topics facing entrepreneurs and innovators today, from follow-on funding to emerging technology

This event is open to invited guests.

The CAFE Group will reimburse your travel expenses related to your travel, including airfare, train fare, and gas mileage, along with a $100 per diem for up to two travel dates. (Please keep all receipts and stay tuned for submission guidance!)

We encourage you to book your travel no later than September 3. If you need assistance or support booking your travel, please reach out to tbradley@thecafegroup.org.

Thank you to all who have already volunteered to lead workshops or contribute in other ways. We still have opportunities for volunteers to lead an opening or closing grounding session.

These volunteers will help set the tone for our days at the Network Summit by guiding the group through a brief centering practice, such as a prayer, breathing exercise, or meditation.



We hope you will consider joining us at other points during the Summit. Here are a few additional offerings we would love for you to attend. 


On Thursday, Oct. 3 we are gathering 1954 Network Members, founders from The Cleveland Avenue State Treasurer Urban Success Fund (CAST US), and other business and finance leaders for a full day of programming.
